Convention and Visitors Bureau of Greater Cleveland
Tourism Advertising Campaign and
Bureau Membership Coop Advertising Program
Those cities and markets seeing the greatest success in building tourism travel have been able to offer travelers a dynamic, easily understandable travel package. Pittsburg and Williamsburg are two examples.
To demonstrate to the CVB team and to the membership how this could be done, a comprehensive program was developed. The program was built around four packages featuring different offerings within a defined time period targeted to a specific demographic.
A tourism website service used in markets like Orlando and Columbus was explored to service a highly dynamic visitor planning and booking function. The program would have enabled a broad-spectrum of the membership to participate from hotels and museums down to restaurants and limousines companies.
